Initiatives for Quality Improvement

To reflect valuable customer feedback in our products, teams from production, sales, product planning, quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and the Customer Service Office hold regular “Customer Voice Meetings” to drive product improvements.
We also organize multiple quality-related training sessions each year to enhance employees’ knowledge and awareness, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality products.

Central Research Laboratory

To help the Group continue contributing to a healthy and prosperous society through its businesses, the Central Research Laboratory focuses on developing core technologies for food manufacturing, solving technical challenges, advancing analytical and evaluation methods for food safety and quality, and conducting applied research that anticipates changes in social structures.
