Operating a meat and meat processing business, the Company’s business activities are made possible by the varied blessings of nature,we understand that our operations rely on various blessings of nature while also impacting natural capital across our value chain.
We believe that identifying nature-related risks and opportunities—particularly those concerning natural capital and biodiversity—and working to avoid or mitigate negative impacts is essential to enhancing our sustainability.
Based on this recognition, we support the principles of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD*) and have registered as a TNFD Adopter*. In addition, we conduct analysis and disclose information in line with TNFD recommendations.
Going forward, our Group will continue to address sustainability challenges, including environmental issues, and strive to provide highly transparent information disclosure to all stakeholders.
